Signs Eight (8) Exclusive Remarketing Agreements at Heli Expo 2017March 7, 2017 - Dallas, Texas - Avpro is pleased to announce the signing of eight (8) remarketing agreements at Heli-Expo. Four (4) EMS configured EC135 P2/T2+'s and one (1) utility A109E Power with International Technology Corporation Group ("ITC"); ITC-AeroLeasing, Inc.  ITC-AeroLeasing, Inc. has historically been active in the aircraft operating lease business and has built a strong reputation with private and corporate owners, operators and airlines. ITC has maintained its dominance in advising operators in acquiring Japanese governmental aircraft where the firm has an approximate 70% market share. ITC's experience and innovative approach to structuring sale-leaseback transactions provides the operator with a competitive advantage in bidding for these aircraft.'s Managing Partner, Bob Rabbitt, states, "these new remarketing listings are a result of Avpro's commitment and dedication to serve helicopter clients and represent them in the preowned helicopter market." In addition, Avpro entered exclusive remarketing agreements on a Sikorsky S76C+ and an S92A with two major financial institutions as well as an Agusta Grand with an undisclosed Middle Eastern Client.
